Solution:
Database :
Create a Analog Input tag, click Enable alarm, enter the value in the desired setting, eg Hi.
Device : SIM
Address : RF (generate a random value)
System configuration :
Select Configure / Alarms,
Select Alarm summary service, click Modify.
Click Horn support.
Draw :
Select Datalink, build this tag on the picture.
Select Alarm summary in toolbox.
Click it on the picture.
View :
Waiting an alarm.
