Solution:

There are two wiring mode, single-ended and differential. Please select the jumper or switch on PCL-818L/HD/HG card. The pins assignmnets for these 2 modes are labeled on PCLD-8115 board. When set to single-ended mode, connect signal HI to input channel, and signal LO to AGND. When set to differential mode, connect signal HI to input channel HI, and signal LO to input channel LO, then connect a 10K ohm resistor between input channel LO and AGND. This will provide a refrence grounf for input amplifier, also a virtual isolation between input signal ground and AGND of PCL-818 series cards. For analog output, only the D/A channel 0 is available since PCL-818L/HD/HG has only one D/A output. Simple connect D/A ch#0 and AGND to the external circuit you want to drive. PCLD-8115 doesn't support DI/DO connection. Please use PCLD-780 20-pin wiring board for DI/DO connection. Or use PCLD-782/B for isolated D/I connection. Or use PCLD-785/B for relay output.
