Solution:
Regard to the wiring question about PCI-1753, you can easily connect one PCI-1753 to two set of wiring terminal ADAM-3968 or ADAM-3968/50 by taking use of the PCL-10268 cable which is a 100-pin to 2x68-pin SCSI cable.
And for PCI-1753E, you can also connect it to two set of wiring terminals via PCL-10268. Attached file is the manual of PCI-1753/1753E, and you can find the pin assignment of PCL-10268 on appendix B. I also draw a simple wiring figure for your reference.
