Solution:
The PCL-858/PCI-1620 is compatible with MOXA C168H/PCI, and can save your money around US$ 30. Besides, both C168H/PCI and PCL-858/PCI-1620 need the OPT8J (a connection box) for RS-232 to RS-422/RS-485 convert. And it'll cost around US$ 350.
However, the PCL-847B (4-port high speed RS-422/RS-485 Interface card with surge protection) is much cheap than PCL-858/PCI-1620 + OPT8J. Anyway, it's recommended to use two PCL-847B to meet your expect. Moreover, the cabling of RS-485 is more convenience for you.
