Solution:
Please run the device installation program first, then remove all devices, press "stop" then "start" to update registry. Go to \Windows\system\vmm32 directory, then remove all wrtdev*.vxd under Windows 95 or to \Winnt\System32\Drivers directory, then remove all WinRT.SYS under Windows NT.
Remove below file, \Windows\ADAPI32.DLL, \Windows\ADVIO.INI
Remove below files in \Windows\SYSTEM directory:
ADDIO.DLL, AD818S.DLL, AD711.DLL, AD812.DLL, AD813.DLL, AD816.DLL, AD1800.DLL,
AD726X.DLL, AD4000.DLL, AD5000.DLL, GENCOMM.DLL, AD2000.DLL, ADPCMS.DLL,
AD71X.DLL and ADDEMO.DLL
Remove below directory:
\ADVANAPI
After that and reboot, then install the 32-bit DLL driver (adsapi), the customer's program should be work. I don't have the old program for verify, please assist the customer for replace new DLL driver.
