Solution:
When we use the ADAM-4520 to convert the RS232 to RS485, the ADAM-4520 will control the RTS automatically, so we can communicate with ADAM modules without RTS control.
However, there is no auto RTS control for on board RS485 port, so we need to chose the transmission mode as 'RTS control' when configuring the com port in GeniDAQ.
