Solution:
The PCLD-881B is a new daughter board for PCI-1713 and PCL-813 only. The PCLD-881B can let users to install passive components on the special PCB layout to construct signal-conditioning circuits. But it can not be used to measure the temperature since there is no CJC sensor on the board.
