Solution:
Most ADVANTECH EPC CPU boards have one serial port which support
RS-232/RS-422/RS-485. However, because of the limited CPU board space, the
on-board RS-485 function doesn't support Bus Direction Automatically Control
like ADAM series.
You may have to use program to control Request to Send (RTS) signal if required
by RS-485 communications cards or converter like most ADVANTECH EPC CPU boards.
