Solution:

To rescue data loss or a non-reconize DOC-2000, Please use the standard DOC utility disk and type: DOCPMAP /I ( This is to get the memory address such as D400h) DFORMAT /Win:D400 /S:DOC121.exb ( This is to low level format DOC-2000) Finally use DOS format instructions. You may use DINFO.EXE to check DOC informtion also.
