Solution:

When running with ActiveDAQ, it needs some DLL files of the 32-bit DLL driver. But when we move our VB project with the 'setup wizard' these DLL files will not be included in the install package, and that cause your OCX can not register in your target PC. The simplest way to solve this problem is to install the DLL driver in the target PC than install your VB project. We believe it will be no problem run OCX in the other PC.
