Solution:
Definitely, the PCA-6168 can support Celeron 466Mhz and 500 Mhz without requirement of jumper settings. In user manual, the available settings are up to 433Mhz only. But, Intel announces new Celeron CPU with constant frequency ratio. It means that user doesn't need to configure these processors with jumpers.
