Solution:
Sorry the pin-assignment was improper on the User's Manual. The non-isolated DI channel should mark as DI16, DI17,..., DI31. And non-isolated DO channel should mark as D016, DO17,..., DO31. In other words, the address for them is BaseAddress + 2 and BaseAddress + 3.
We'll modify the User's Manual on next version.
