Solution:

Basically, there's no RTC built-in the ADAM-4018M, so it's not require for Y2K problem. You must record down the date/time when you issue the "enable record" command, then analysis those storage data base on this date/time. In other words, those storage data don't include the date/time information, just recording the channel data every "sampling interval".
