Solution:

Since when the new module is released we will update the DLL driver of GeniDAQ with the patch file, we think maybe the user's GeniDAQ is the older version, and they do not update the patch file. Attached file is the DLL driver for ADAM-5000, please put it into the GeniDAQ's folder, it is supposed to be able to find the ADAM-5068 in the list. Or the user can download the patch file on our web site to fully update the GeniDAQ. We believe the user's problem could be solved.
