Solution:

Please verify follow 2 issue before using this card. 1) Using the program "Device Installation" to install the PCL-752. For example, I/O address 360, IRQ x (none). 2) Setting the BOARD ID. If you don't know the ID, reset it is recommended. Short SW3, then short SW4 for 1 second, then open SW4. Such procedure will restore the PCL-752 to 9600 bps and the BOARD ID to 00. Please refer to P.16 of User's Manual for detail information. Then, after install the utility PC Sentry, there are five steps to install this card. 1) Click the CLIENT/SERVER Setup tab. 2) Click the CLIENT option button. 3) Select the BOARD ID. 4) Enter a DEVICE NUMBER which is assigned by the DLL setup utility. 5) Press the START button. The PC Sentry software will attempt to query the alarm card that is installed within the computer.
