Solution:
Please follow the steps as below.
1. Run Regedt32.
2. Select
"Hkey_Local_Machine"--->"System"-->"CurrentControl"--->"Services"-->"Monmouse"
3. Delete "Monmouse" item.
4. Close Regedt32.
5. Delete Monmouse.* in the hard drive.
6. Reboot.
