Solution:
The problem is related to the EEPROM data, in oder to solve this problem,
please follow
the below instruction to reprogram your EEPROM .
1. Copy all the attached files into your disk .
2. Edit " NewID 8139A.cfg " to reassign the ID Code (Please type the number
as same as printed in the lable on the RTL 8139A chip ).
3. Run " PG8139.exe " to reconfigure the EEPROM
