Solution:

The BIOS ver.1.60 can't release Network adapter at IRQ-11, So the new BIOS as
attached is need.
~~1/6~~
First enter the CMOS when you bootup with the board. Go to the PNP/PCI
CONFIGURATION item and let the IRQ-11 assigned to Legacy ISA. Save and reboot
the system then you can check the network adapter on IRQ is assigned to 9.
