Solution:
As for your problem on PCM-5862E and NT4.0, we guess your device is some
special keyboard not keyboard controller. Because you can not replace the
on-board controller chip with your keyboard controller. As for you install the
NT4.0, if the system can't find the keyboard, then you should stop the
installation and replace the keyboard.
For further isolate the problem, I have following suggestions:
1. Change other compatible keyboards for your application.
2. Mail the device to us for further testing.
3. Chage the Typematic setting in BIOS Features Setup: slow down and try again.
