Solution:

Loading default settings of RAID controller will help you to solve some unexpected problems when you are not familiar with manipulating RAID-500. Please press + buttons on front panel simultaneously, and then turn on power supply. A message " Maintenance Mode" is displayed on LCD screen. Choosing item "Restore Factory Defaults" will reset parameters of SCSI channels and COM ports to default.
