It is allowed to add an extra cable between ADAM-4550 and antenna. There are some examples for your reference:
As you know:
ADAM-4550-A: SMA connector with male type
ADAM-4550-B: SMA connector with female type
ANT-6010: SMA female to N male ( for ADAM-4550-A )
ANT-6011: SMA male to N male ( for ADAM-4550-B )
So possible connection diagram are shown as below:
4550-A <=> ANT-6010 <=> antenna with N female
4550-A <=> ANT-6010 <=> ANT-6030 ( or ANT-6022 ) <=> antenna with N male
4550-B <=> ANT-6011 <=> antenna with N female
4550-B <=> ANT-6011 <=> ANT-6030 ( or ANT-6022 ) <=> antenna with N male
