Solution:

PCA-6135 and PCA-6144S don't support DOC Millennum, if the customer want to use it, the hardware should be modified as following. Support DiskOnChip Millennium on PCA-6135/L and PCA-6144S (1) PCA-6135 1. Move components form Q4 and D6. 2. Put one 0 ohm resister, size is 0603, across the Q4.C and Q2.E. (2) PCA-6144S 1. Move components from Q2 and D2 2. Put one 0 ohm resister, size is 0603, across the Q2.C and Q2.E. (The pad description is shown as follow) PS. SRAM will not work after above modification performed.
