How to test Remote Boot for Advantech Novell OA Server?

The simpliest way to test Remote Boot is to use the old (Novell IPX Remote Boot ROM) not RPL Boot ROM. Because you don't have to install the RPL server. You can use Advantech OA server to remote boot your PC. SVEC.ROM is Novell IPX Remote Boot ROM from SVEC. How to make the Remote Boot Image file? Prepare all the boot files, include COMMAND.COM, AUTOEXEC.BAT, CONFIG.SYS, LSL, NLM ... Use DOSGEN utility upload the boot files into a remote boot image file. The Novell Remote Boot Image file should be in server's SYS:LOGIN directory. File name NET$DOS.SYS, File type should be read only, share. For Advantech Novell OA Server, the following is the Boot Image File Configuration: IRQ 5 IO Address 320 Using Multiple Remote Boot Image Files If you want more than one Remote Boot Image Files onf the Novell Server, you must do the following: 1.
