Solution:

Basically, there is no limitation about the quantity of ADAM-4510, you can add many ADAM-4510 modules on one network. Regarding to our customer, they have successfully built a RS-485 network with 7 ADAM-4510 modules for 7 km distance. If you would like to implement this kind of network, please refer to the following notes: 1. Refer to 1-0000043 (When to use ADAM-4510?) to know the limitation of RS-485. 2. Please use twisted pair wiring to connect your ADAM modules. 3. Don't forget to add proper terminator at both ends of 4510 ( head and tail of one 485 segment ).
