Solution:
Assume the settings of PCL-741 are:
Port 1- Current-loop only, TX- active; Rx-passive
Port 2- Current-loop only, TX- active; Rx-passive
PCL-741 Port1 PCL-741 Port2
1 TxD- 4 RxD-
2 TxD+ 3 RxD+
3 RxD+ 2 TxD+
4 RxD- 1 TxD-
And you don't need to add extra resistor.
