Customer have PCA-6143P REV B1. But they want to go into the CMOS, even they forget the password.
Solution:
Generally, one can clear CMOS data by pull out the battery or change the jumper setting for clear CMOS. But unfortunately is not the same with PCA-6143P, the battery is embeded/integrated inside the DALLAS chip (DS 12887) The file (KK.EXE) is an execution file. If you execute, all the parameters in your CMOS will be cleared and it loads BIOS's default value. The second file is BIOS ROM file, in case the first file doesn't work with your system, one can use a ROM writer to write this file into a EPROM (eg. 27C512) and replace the ROM which is on the board. Note: 1) Clr1m is for 27c1001, 29C010,29EE010 chips 2) Clr256 is for 27C512 chip
