Solution:

Please go to support website to download the latest version package of ADAM-4550, that includes firmware with V3.9 and utility with V2.3. After that, please follow the below hints to complete firmware upgrade. Step1: Execute new ADAM-4550 utility. Step2: Select "Upload" label, then a dialog box will appear. Please type the correct path and file name of new firmware in the blank, then click "OK" button to begin the upload process. Step3: Check the green LED on ADAM-4550. It should blink during upload process until upload is completed. Step4: Power off and re-power on your ADAM- 4550 to take effect.
