Solution:
1.external card is Sparkle VGA CARD,use S3 chip,attach file is connection table
2.Panel should support EDID function,EDID like DDC1/DDC2B,it's a function that
Panel send panel information to VGA Card,then VGA Card output suitable signal
to Panel
3.if Panel can't support EDID function,ask VGA Card vender reprogram Card BIOS
to force ouput signal
on fixed resolution
