Solution:
Basically, the FRAME BUFFER is not helpful for TFT LCD panel, but can improve the COLOR or RESOLUTION of DSTN LCD panel. However, the FPM-30S now is the maximum COLOR and RESOLUTION of the LCD panel (Kyocera KCB6448BSTT-X5 COLOR DSTN VGA 10.4").
