Solution:

Before compile the *.bas files with QB, we need to load the library files into QB. If you are working QB4.0/4.5 with the PCL-711B, please key in following command to load the *.bas file and library file: QB adblock.bas /L711qb.qlb We believe it will be no problem to compile the files after doing that.
