Solution:
1. Regarding outlook of these 2 rear I/O cards, MIC-3301 only has J3 connector; but MIC-3302 have J3,J4 and J5 connectors.
2. Regarding Pin definition and functionality, MIC-3302 can support DMA/66 device but MIC-3301 can't.
3. For any CPU board with dual PCI-to-PCI bridge (such as MIC-3377D/M-A or MIC-3365D), the only suitable rear transition board is MIC-3301.
