Solution:
The problem might caused from the wiring.
In differential mode, people connect the signal+ to HI, and signal- to LO. But the important part is we need to connect the LO to GND. If we don't do that the signal on the input channel will be floating, and the cards can't read the input. So please check the wiring first, we believe it will work well after you connect the LO to the GND.
