Solution:
Advantech provides IPC-612 or IPC-613 as pure chassis. You can choose any kind of ATX MB incorperated with it, such as Intel's L440GX+...etc.
If you choose Tyan's Thunderbolt motherboard incoperated with IPC-612 chassis,
the "system" would be called: SPC-200. The same result is for IPC-613 and SPC-201. You can see that there is P/N for Tyan's MB: 9689000244
