---|---|---|---|
Solution:
Please follow the below steps to complete it:
Step1: Make sure PCMCIA driver has already installed ( You can check it under /control panel/system/device manager )
Step2: Insert PCIA-71 card into PCMCIA device, then you will hear a beep, that means PCMCIA detects PCIA-71 automatically. Besides, you will see a pop-up window that shows the information about PCIA-71. If it shows Dacpad-71 instead of PCIA-71, please use the attached file "PCIA71.EXE" to change it ( Select 2nd item after running it under pure DOS ).
Step3: If it shows PCIA-71, then it will ask you to install the relative driver ( PCIA.INF ), just input the correct path. Before that, please check the content of PCIA.INF, it should show the below instruments:
%PCIApad.DeviceDesc%=PCIApad.Install,PCMCIA\ADVANTECH-PCIA-71A/B/C-DE9C
If yours is different from the above, please modify it.
Step4: Check the installation is ok from /Control Panel/System/Device Manager/PCMCIA Data Acq
