Solution:
We reserve IRQ 15 for Compact Flash (Secondary IDE port), that is why you can't
get CDROM
device avilable after Win98 installed completey then restart the system.
To solve this problem, please set IRQ-15 Assigned to " Legacy ISA " from
PNP/PCI configuration
in CMOS setup.
