Solution:
There is no need for the driver on PCM-3290A under Linux. PCM-3290A gets data
from antenna and transfer them to CPU board via serial port. So one needs to do
is awake up the serial port control on Linux then PCM-3290A can work under
linux via RS-232 mode. Besides RS-232 mode is the basically inside Linux.
