Solution:
You must use ADAM-4550 utility to change communication protocol. However, only baudrate and parity are allowed to change, data bit and stop bit are always 8 and 1 respectively, there is no way to adjust these parameters.
Baudrate : 300 - 115.2K bps
Parity : None, Even, Odd
