Solution:
Please click "Setup" button on your right hand under "ADAM Driver Configurator" window to check that you enable your comm port. You should select certain channel you want to setup and press "Setup" to configure it. Besides, when you execute datascope under Mission Control, please make sure the channel you want to monitor is correct.
