Solution:

ADAM-4017/4018 doesn't support synchronized reading commands because a multiplexer is used to read 8 inputs. It's impossible to read all 8 inputs simultaneously, and there's no meaning to support synchronized reading commands (#**, $AA4). The command #** is just use for ask all the modules which on the RS-485 network to recording the data at the same time, then use command $AA4 to get all the data. Also ADAM-4017/4018 doesn't support FS% and 2'complement unit, only engineering unit is valid. Please refer to the manual to get detailed information.
