Solution:
The phenomenon about PCL-728 is caused by photo couple. Actually, different photo couple has different transmission speed, when you send signals with photo couple by parallel way, timing problem must be existed. That is why you can see the glitch. This is the feature of PCL-728 card because it uses photo couple, if you adopt PCL-726 or PCL-727, the phenomenon will be gone.
