Solution:

Basically, there are two ways for you. First one is built-in Data File Block, the other one is Basic Script. Please take a look at the attached example which uses Basic Script to read a file into VisiDAQ. Besides, please pay your attention to the contents of Pre-task/Post-task Script and the correct path of Test.dat.
