Solution:
Just extract the file "COM32-85.ZIP" and install it. After finish the procedure and reboot, you'll see below message and COMPad card will ready for used.
Configure card to:
I/O port : 2E8-3EF, 3E8-3EF (upon your setting)
IRQ number : 15 (upon your setting)
Power : connected
COMpad card is present in socket 1
