Solution:

Please verify if the LOGPen works properly by following method. 1) Loose the bottom cover and remove the Battery. 2) Re-install the Battery into the tube, AND, look at the LED. The LED will be blinking twelve times. (Six times in Green and Six times in RED) If the LED don't blinking, that means the LOGPen has some trouble. For example, there're no power for LOGPen. Please loose the bottom cover and remove the Battery. Slide out the PCB, and check if the Spring of the Battery solder properly? And verify if the Battery still good enough?
