Solution:

The New Touchscreen driver (Ver.2.0) for WIN95/98 has been released by ELO in May 1998. This driver support 4 com ports installation and fixed bugs which descript in README.TXT. To install the driver, please follow the steps below: 1. Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. 2. Double-click the Add New Hardware icon, and then follow the on-screen instructions. At the prompt, "Do you want Windows to search for your new hardware?", click No. 3. Highlight "Other devices" in the list of hardware types to install. 4. Click Have Disk, and then specify the location of the MonitorMouse for Windows 95 driver files. 5. Select the appropriate Elo touchscreen controller from the list. 6. Follow the directions on your screen.
