Solution:

There are voices from the field sales to have effective replacement about touchscreen or LCD backlight. For any defect in touchscreen, customers have to re-order a touchscreen kit of the defect unit from ACL, which normally includes a touchscreen layer on the glass fixed behind the front bezel. Due to quality control concern, it is not recommended that customers order only a touchscreen layer and replace themselves. When there is defect in backlight, customers have to change LCD together with backlight. Each type of LCD has different modules for backlight. Meanwhile, the LCD suppliers will not guarantee the warranty of the LCD if the backlight was dismantled from the LCD panel by PPC or customers. Considering the overall performance of the Panel Pc, we will not recommend customers to change the backlight by themselves. The inconvenience will be conquered by the following solution : Any defect in backlight within the warranty period will get free replacement with both LCD panel and the backlight. PPC will coordinate with customer service dept and speed up the replacement procedure.
