---|---|---|---|
Solution:
Due to the redundant power module of IPC-622 has a internal alarm, it means that both alarm mechanism will sense power fault signal. The IPC-622 provides a alarm reset button in front panel, which can reset system alarm including power failure. But, for internal alarm of power module, you must short white/black cable drawn from redundant power supply. We have asked the power manfactuer to remove internal alarm function. But, some power supply units with alarm function have been shipped. That is why you can find out some IPC-622 have this problem and the other don't
In addition, functions of cables drawn from redundant power supply are listed below for your reference.
1. Orange/Black twisted cable: Power fault singal
2. Green/Black twisted cabel: Alarm LED
3. White/Black twisted cabel: Alarm reset
4. JP1 on alarm board is for selection of power failure trigger level.
