Why the IPPC-950's touchscreen failed with Logitech mouse after SUSPEND mode or restart Windows 95? | |||
---|---|---|---|
Solution:
The problem appears only in Windows 95 with Penmount touchscreen driver 3.0 or previous driver versions. Logitech mouse driver can handle several mouse simultaneously, so it is possible that Logitech mouse driver treat touchscreen as another mouse and hang it up. Please refer to following steps to solve this problem.
1.Start-> Run-> type in "C:\Windows\regedit.exe"
2."HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE"->"SOFTWARE"->"Logitech"->"MouseWare"->"Current Version"->"Global"
3. In "NAME and DATA" field, find "PortScrachOrder" and then double-click on it.
4. Delete the comma and COM2 from the String Editor windows if the Logitech mouse is connected to COM1 and touchscreen is to COM2 port.
