How to setup network driver
Solution:
Under some operating systems, the RTL8029 drivers are not avaiable. So, user need to load NE2000 compatible driver for RTL8029. For NE2000 mode, the default I/O address E800 must be switched to lower address. The attached file can help user to do this. It is suitable under "pure" DOS environment only. Example: C:\8029init io=E900 If above instruction is successful, the following message will appear on screen: Realtek PCI Device utility for RTL8029 V1.0 INT=0Bh, IO=E900h, IDX=01h, Node ID=00C06CXXXXXXh
