Solution:
Sorry that we don't have any new DLL driver for PCL-848A. As you know the PCL-848A has phase out for a long time. And the structure of IEEE-488 is not suitable for 32-bit system environment. Please refer to the SOURCE CODE which within "Utility Disk" for further more detail information about the register description.
