Solution:

We are only interested to record in the "Report Design" the timing when the DIGITAL INPUT ALARM SIGNAL changes the level "0-1" or "1-0". In fact, the "Report Designer" just can recording the conditional value with ONE record. For example, the maximum or minimum value in the assigned period (Fixed Time, Daily, Monthly or Yearly). In other words, the "Report Designer" can't recording historical data.
